इंगला पिंगला ताना भरनी, सुखमन तार से बीनी चदरिया।।
आठ कमल दल चरखा डोले, पांच तत्व गुण तीनी चदरिया।।
साईं को बिनत मास दस लोग, ठोक-ठोक के बीनी चदरिया।।
सो चादर सुर नर मुनि ने ओढ़ी, ओढ़ी के मैली कीन्ही चदरिया।।
ध्रुव ओढ़ी प्रहृाद ने ओढ़ी, सुख देव निर्मल कीन्ही चदरिया।।
दास कबीर, जतन से ओढ़ी, ज्यों की त्यों धर दीनी चदरिया।।
झीनी झीनी बीनी . विवरण
प्रस्तुत कविता में कबीर जी ने मनुष्य देह के विज्ञान को सूक्ष्म रूप में देखा है। इसकी कल्पना एक चादर से की है, जिसे संसारी ओढ़ते तो हैं, पर बिना समझे मैली कर देते हैं। इसकी सूझ यानि इंगला, बूझ यानि पिंगला और पवित्रता सुषुमना, यानि सुखमन नाड़ियों में है। इसी पर स्थित आठ चक्रों की भी योजना है, और यहीं साई का मिलन निश्चित है। जो भी इसे प्रेम और जतन से ओढ़ेगा इसके निर्मल सार को छू लेगा।
TRANSLATION
This body is an interwoven cloth of Purity. What really goes into this process of weaving and which thread weaves it to competition? It is the Ingala Nadi (Channel) and the Pingala Nadi (Channel) that founds the initial weaving. The final thread is the Sushumna Nadi or the Sukhman i.e. the central nervous system that completes the weaving. There are eight subtle chakras or centers that revolve on it, five elements and three gunas that complete the form. It takes ten months for the Lord to create this and weave it to perfection. Many saints have been born with this body but have rendered it dirty. Dhruva, Prahlad and Sukhdeva imparted some purity to it. Kabir was born with it and so immaculate was his conception that the originality and purity remained untouched. He being a self realized soul.
