अधर आसन किया अगम प्याला पिया-2, जोग की मूल जग जुगुति पाई।- 2
अधर आसन किया अगम प्याला पिया
पंथ बिन जाय चल सहर बेगमपुरे -2, दया जगदेव की सहज आई।
ध्यान धर देखिया नैन-बिन पेखिया -2, अगम अगाध सब कहत गाई।
अधर आसन किया अगम प्याला पिया-
सहर बेगमपुरा ग़म्म को ना लहै -2, होय बेगम्म जो गम्म पावै।
गुनाकी गम्म ना अजब बिसराम है -2, सैन जो लखै सोई सैन गावै।

विवरण
स्थित होना, बिन चले ही साईं के शहर में पहुंच जाना, बिन इंद्रियों के रस का उपभोग करना और दुःखहीन स्थान में आनन्द को पाना-यहां उन्हें कोई भी शारीरिक थकावट नहीं। इसी तरह को ज्ञानी गीतों के जरिये प्रस्तुत करते हैं।
ENGLISH TRANSLATION
Meditation has worked despite the gravity of the earth. Divine nectar has been tasted effortlessly. Yukti has been attained through practice of true yoga. Without walking, the kingdom of heaven has been achieved, where the lord's blessings flow spontaneously. In meditation, the Attention sees, and all is verified without mortal eyes. Total divinity is thus revealed. The kingdom of Heaven can never contain any sorrow. The essence of penance becomes the comfort of the spirit. The pleasure of being without guilt provides a unique relaxation. One who realizes this truth, sings the eternal praise.
