The simplest form of Music is reflected in a mother singing to put her baby to sleep. It works so well, because the mother cares and loves. Her heart is open and she is linked in love with her child. A musician or an artist, whose work is simple and expressed from the heart, is a person with no conditioning, who himself enjoys and makes his audiences enjoy, because Art evolves from the heart of the creator, and not his brain. Music is a soulful expression. it is the voice of our planet communicating to the Universe. Coming from a realized soul, it becomes a natural carrier of divine cool vibrations, connecting with & communicating to audiences, the epitome of enjoyment called joy, extremely soothing & positive. Positive music produces beneficial effects that are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually uplifting. Music carrying this positive energy of divine vibrations; affect the subtle energy centres of our body known as Chakras. It is interesting to note that just like the seven notes of music, the main Chakras are also seven in number and they govern our physical, mental and spiritual well-being at different levels. Known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, this music brings about feelings of relaxation & joy, rejuvenating the body, mind and spirit , bringing it back to resonate with the frequency of nature, the frequency of the divine, which is latent in all of us. HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, envisioned that the wisdom enshrined in our holy texts, could be accessed, imbibed & reflected in human beings in the form of a transformed personality, that could dissolve the problems of hatred & disparity, paving the way for prosperity & peace.
